How soon will my order ship?

Most orders ship out within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend will ship out the next business day.

What is your return policy?

All return requests and exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of delivery domestically and 30 days of delivery internationally. Items must be in new & unused condition to be accepted for return. Excludes custom products. Contact support@uplily.com prior to sending your items in

Can I cancel my order? Do you offer refunds?

All orders are assembled and shipped at record-breaking speed, and we are not able to cancel orders after they are placed. Please contact support@uplily.com for any additional inquiries. See return policy above for our refund process.

My gift arrived damaged or was missing items.

Please contact us immediately, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order, if anything appears to be in less than 100% condition, and we will gladly have it replaced.Contact support@uplily.com for a custom resolution.

Is there a minimum purchase required?

There is no minimum purchase required in our store, and you can purchase as few or as many products as you desire.

The Uplily custom gift box builder does require a minimum of at lest two products selected to complete your custom gift box. There is no maximum.

Do you ship internationally?

We estimate 1-4 weeks for customs processing not including transit. 

Local duties and taxes may be required depending on the country’s import laws. These fees are not included in the shipping cost. 

Buyers are liable for understanding their countries import regulations and responsible for all local duties, taxes, and fees collected by the country of import.

If a specific shipping service is needed in order to ship to a country, the buyer is responsible for contacting us to make the accommodations.

The buyer is responsible for any packages lost or damaged at customs. 

If the buyer is unsure whether an item can be shipped to your country, please contact customs and get the necessary verification.

If an international order returns to the sender for any reason, the buyer will have the option to have the order reshipped for the cost of shipping or the product total refunded only once the package has returned to Uplily.


Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and the buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs to reship the order.
